1. Forecasting: CMMPA utilizes Neural Net based software to forecast system loads.  Accurate forecasts are critical to minimizing market risk and purchasing decisions.  We also monitor the accuracy of SCADA measurements and forecasting.
2. Monitoring your energy: CMMPA will connect and monitor your city’s load or generation inexpensively via the Internet
3. Load Aggregation: CMMPA aggregates small municipal loads for purchasing leverage.
4. Scheduling: resources, bilateral contracts and the MISO day ahead or real-time markets to meet your load obligation
